Reardan-Edwall Continuous Improvement Process (RECIP) is the process the district uses to plan, monitor, and orchestrate school improvement. One morning each month we have a two hour late start providing collaboration time for our staff to analyze our data, explore best practices, and monitor our progress.  By the end of of the 2008-2009 school year the committee had developed action plans to improve student achievement. Improving achievement in mathematics is the focus of the K-7 RECIP Committee while improving reading achievement is the focus of the 5-12 RECIP Committee.
